Changes made by Servline

Dear South 43 Water Association, Inc. Customer,

I am writing to inform you of an upcoming change in the Servline Leak Adjustment Program that South Water Association, Inc. Participates in.

Due to changes in how the service line repair protection policy is administered, starting 08/01/2024, South 43 Water Association, Inc. will no longer directly bill our customers for line repair protection premiums or provide Line Repair coverage through the ServLine Line Repair Program. Customers currently enrolled in the ServLine Line Repair Program may find information concerning the new line repair program through HomeServe USA’s website: www.homeserve.com or may call (855) 336-2465 and have the opportunity to sign up for several new repair products that include coverage for water and sewer line repairs. This change only affects our customers who opted in for coverage in the ServLine Line Repair Program. This does not affect our customers who have the ServLine Leak Protection Program.

There will be one (1) new change in the ServLine Leak Protection Program effective 08/01/2024. Starting 08/01/2024 a 3x’s average billing qualifier will be added to ServLine Leak Protection Program.

Example: If customer’s average billing is $10.00 per month. Then in order for a customer to qualify to submit a leak adjustment that customers’ s high billing due to a leak must be at least $30.00.

 

The cost will remain the same as it has always been:

  • Water Leak Coverage Residential: $1.80
